MOBILE BOOSTER SCANNING

- Added confirmation-based camera scanning to Input Booster on mobile. Scan and confirm the Boss and each physical card directly into the open Booster list.
- Added live Booster scan progress for the Boss and all 14 pack cards, including support for repeated cards in error packs.
- Bosses that generate a token now include the correct token automatically when confirmed; generated tokens remain outside the 14-card count and seeded-card data.
- Added complete search, faction, type, subtype, rarity, set, artist and value-range filters to Booster, Generated and Perfect Pack builders, with sorting, pagination and grid or list views.
- Generated packs now become clearly labelled Altered packs as soon as their Boss or card list is manually changed.
↑ IMPROVEMENTS
- Rebuilt visual card matching with a higher-detail, crop-tolerant comparison that uses colour, contrast and artwork edges for more reliable scanner suggestions.
- Card scanning is now exclusively available on mobile layouts and closes automatically if the layout changes to desktop.
- Pack Builder cards now match Deck Builder interactions, including hover artwork previews and click-to-open card details.
- Pack Builder Sort By and Order controls now use the standard terminal dropdown styling and menu behaviour.
- The Booster scanner keeps the confirmation step, shows more close candidates and reports how strongly the leading match separates from the next result.
- The Input Booster confirmation now explains that recorded physical Boosters improve Generated-pack accuracy.
- Cards in a Boss's top-15 seeded pool remain eligible for unseeded common slots whenever they were not already selected for that pack.
SIDEBOARDS, COLLECTION CHECKS & PACK VIEWS

- Added persisted 10-card sideboards to the Deck Builder and full deck viewer, with dedicated tabs, separate progress displays, cloning support, and shared three-copy limits across the main deck and sideboard.
- Added a Missing From Collection checker to full deck and pack views. It compares the Boss and complete loadout—including a deck's sideboard—against every printing in your collection and reports each card shortfall.
- Reworked the Pack Builder around three clear entry paths: Input Booster You Opened, Generate Pack, and Perfect Pack Builder. Booster recording opens immediately, while Generated and Perfect Packs continue through a Collection or All Cards source choice.
- Added Pack List and Stat Curves tabs, opening-hand testing, saving, visibility controls, automatic Boss and token handling, and complete legality checks to the Pack Builder terminal.
- Added fixed Booster, Generated, and Perfect Pack identities. The selected entry path now determines the saved Pack Type, so packs cannot be reclassified later.
- Added frequency-informed Generated packs. Five seeded commons are selected from the 15 cards most frequently associated with the chosen Boss in recorded physical Booster inputs, followed by five standard commons, three uncommons, and one rare or mythic.
- Added exact physical-Booster recording, including support for duplicate cards and unusual rarity distributions found in error packs.
- Combined My, Saved, and Public Decks and Packs into tabbed archive terminals with shared search, Boss and faction filters, sorting, direction controls, and pack-category filtering.
- Added packs to public feeds, saved content, profiles, comments, posts, and the wider visibility system used by decks.
- Added separate Public Deck and Public Pack sidebar counters that open their correctly filtered archive tabs.
- Added a Test Hand simulator to the Deck Builder and full deck views, with random four-card opening hands, selectable mulligans, single-card draws, reshuffling, and per-card opening-hand odds.
- Added alphabetical, level, set-number, and relevant attack, wield, or token-cost sorting—with independent ascending and descending order—to deck views, the Card Archive, Collections, and Wants. Set number ascending is the default, and deck views continue sorting within their existing card-type groups.
- Added quantity sorting exclusively to the Owned and Wanted sections of your Collection and Wants pages.
- Added Channel 6 to the home receiver for broadcasting new site features and fixes.
- Added a full chronological site changelog with feature, improvement, and fix categories.
- Added contextual hint buttons to post, comment, reply, deck-description, and profile-bio editors.
- Added profile reporting and expanded moderation tools.
- Added notification controls for choosing who can notify you when tagged.
- Added draft deletion and an expandable post composer on The Board.

- Public Pack previews and full Pack pages now use the same terminal preview and read-only builder presentation as decks, with visible Booster, Generated, or Perfect Pack badges.
- The Network and Saved overview boxes now compare decks and packs and display the most recently updated or saved loadout.
- Tabbed content terminals now enter through their All tab where one is available, including the combined Public Decks & Packs archive.
- Changed the Decks & Packs overview to a single Build Decks & Packs terminal with vertically stacked, matching launch controls for both builders.
- Pack selection cards now use the Deck Builder card-terminal design with one centred add button, no redundant caption, and automatic removal of selected, full, or no-longer-legal choices.
- Pack terminals now match Deck Builder terminals across their command headers, Boss summary, grouped card list, validation display, natural height, alignment, and typography.
- Pack Builder terminals now show a fixed Pack Type readout and guidance instead of an editable category dropdown.
- Standardised terminal typography and neutral terminal colour treatments across combined archives and other terminal-based pages.
- Reworked the sidebar's user, post, public-deck, and public-pack counters into a compact 2×2 terminal-stat grid so the footer remains visible on short and mobile screens.
- Removed visibility from browsing and search filters while retaining visibility controls where users create or edit content.
- Collection and Wants mode, sorting, and order controls now sit side by side in a compact mobile row on both editable and read-only lists.
- Sorting controls now have wider fields, clearer spacing, and their own visual lane beside card-view controls, with earlier stacking on smaller screens.
- Like, share, and report buttons now keep the same fixed pink, violet, and red terminal styling everywhere, regardless of the user's faction.
- Large hover previews are now reserved for card references; deck references link directly to their deck without showing the Boss card.
- Sidebar user, post, and deck counters now link directly to Following, Public Posts, and Public Decks.
- Replaced the home receiver's channel buttons with a labelled rotary tuner and seven-segment channel display.
- Added a day-glo price-reduction sticker on Channel 6 linking to the full changelog.
- Card and deck references are now underlined wherever rich references appear.
- Post drafts now preview the formatting used by published posts.
- Settings are grouped into clearer profile, privacy, and notification terminals.
✓ FIXES
- Pack Builder setup now shows exactly one stage at a time: pack-path choice, optional card-source choice, then the builder workspace.
- Corrected Pack Builder setup headers so they sit flush against the terminal edge without an empty strip above them.
- Fixed Pack Builder terminal alignment and height so the pack terminal starts level with the card-selection terminal.
- Fixed the Pack terminal loading bar overflowing its frame and overlapping the percentage label.
- Fixed Pack card-list rows rendering as uneven white buttons instead of full-width terminal entries.
- Card previews in Collections and Wants now use consistent terminal dimensions, centred artwork containers, contained card images, and matching action controls.
- Highlighted card and deck terminals now derive all terminal and content colours from the highlighted card or the deck's primary faction, regardless of the author's faction or default site palette.
- Full deck views now consistently use the deck creator's exact selected profile faction across terminal chrome and every heading, plus the summary, charts, notes, and discussion shell.
- Mobile text fields now stay at a zoom-safe type size, preventing the page from jumping closer when you start typing.
- Writing hint boxes now open outside terminal windows and remain fully within the viewport at every screen width.
- Selecting a card, deck, or player from a writing suggestion menu no longer opens an unrelated preview popup.
- Mobile card, deck, and player-tag suggestions now show four results at a time, scroll internally, and remain fully inside the visible viewport.
- Card, deck, and player-tag suggestions now appear above terminal windows on mobile while remaining below navigation menus.
- Writing hint buttons now open and close reliably when tapped on touch devices.
- Channel 6 now scrolls inside the home receiver so its full-changelog button always remains reachable.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective 15 July 2026. By using The Cade, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Cade is an unofficial community fan service for browsing cards, recording collections and Wants, building decks and packs, and sharing community content. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cataclysm Arcade, Mothership or their rights holders.
2. Accounts
You must use your own Discord account, keep access to it secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The Cade a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
4. Moderation
Content may be hidden or removed and accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms or operate the service.
5. Card scanner and collection records
The collection scanner provides visual suggestions and may identify a card or printing incorrectly. You must review and confirm the exact match before it is added. Collection and Wants records are personal organisational tools and do not verify ownership, authenticity, condition or value. You control camera permission through your browser or device and may use manual collection entry instead.
6. Availability and liability
The service, card data and visual matching features are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published.

PRIVACY POLICY
Effective 15 July 2026. This policy explains how The Cade handles account, collection and community data.
Who is responsible
The Cade site operator is responsible for personal information handled by the service. You can contact the operator through The Cade’s published community contact channels.
Information collected
Discord sign-in provides an account identifier, username, display name and avatar. The service also stores session records; profile and privacy settings; card Collections and Wants; decks, sideboards, packs and saved items; likes, follows and favourites; posts, comments and notifications; moderation reports; and the visibility choices you create.
Camera and card scanning
The card scanner requests camera access only after you choose to start it. Live camera frames and selected card photos are processed locally in your browser to compare them with archive artwork. The Cade does not upload or store those frames or photos. Temporary image data is discarded when you close the scanner or leave or refresh the page. Your browser, operating system or camera application may separately retain a photo you take or choose according to your device settings. If you confirm a match, only the selected card and printing identifiers and the resulting collection quantity are sent to and stored by The Cade. Visual matching does not make a legal or similarly significant decision and cannot update your collection without your confirmation. Camera permission can be denied or revoked through your browser or device settings, and manual card entry remains available.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, operate account and collection features, display attributed community content, enforce visibility settings, deliver notifications, process reports, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
Lawful bases
Account and content data is processed where necessary to provide features you request and manage your account. Security, moderation and service-integrity data is processed for the operator’s legitimate interests in safely operating and protecting The Cade. Where consent is the appropriate basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and visibility
Public content and profile information are visible to other users. Collections, Wants and restricted content are shown according to the visibility setting selected by their creator. Discord processes information under its own privacy policy. Data is not sold.
Cookies and local browser storage
Essential HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in and protect the Discord sign-in flow; the temporary sign-in-state cookie expires shortly after use. Session tokens are stored by The Cade in hashed form. An unsaved deck draft is stored locally in your browser so it can be restored on that device. You can remove local data through your browser controls.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and choices
Account and community data remains stored while needed to provide the service or meet legitimate operational and legal requirements. Available controls let you edit or delete supported content, adjust collection and Wants records, revoke camera permission and change visibility.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to its use. Contact the site operator through the published community contact channels to make a request. If you are in the UK, you may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the effective date above.
